My dreams came true when I purchased a mint condition Emu Sp1200. Classic songs and albums have been created on this legendary drum machine. Artists such as Easy Mo Bee, Dj Muggs, Pete Rock, Lord Finesse, Buckwild, Large Professor, Paul C, J Dilla, Lewis Parker, Damu the Fudgemunk, Bomb Squad, etc inspired me to make this album using this incredible machine.

The Emu SP1200 forces you to be creative since it only provides you with 10 seconds to paint an aural picture. It also has the filtered outputs that provide that warmness to your samples. Lastly, it has the aliasing effect when samples are sampled on 45 and pitch it up by 8 on the turntable and then pitched back down once in the machine.
